Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cologne & Grooming Products – For health and safety reasons, all fragrance and grooming items are final sale
  • Clothing & Shoe Care Products – Opened maintenance and care products cannot be returned
  • Personalized or Custom Items – Made-to-order products are excluded from returns

Return & Exchange Process
